Global-CPD Organizational Structure

Purpose: Roles and responsibilities for the delivery of CPD training programmes to educators internationally.

 

1. Programme Leader

Name: Osman Bedel

Role: Programme Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Overall academic and strategic leadership of CPD training programmes.
  • Programme design, delivery oversight, and quality assurance alignment with Global-CPD standards.
  • Lead trainer coordination and induction.
  • Manage programme delivery, reporting, and development.

 

2. Administrative Support

Name: Bahar Ojarova

Role: Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate registration and communication.
  • Scheduling of training sessions and logistical support.
  • Maintenance of records and documentation.
  • Support in preparing programme materials and handling submissions.

 

3. Trainers / Facilitators

Model: Freelance Network (contract-based)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of training modules under Programme Leader supervision.
  • Support participant learning through workshops, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Align training activities with Global-CPD learning outcomes and educational values.
  • Attend periodic internal briefings and contribute to evaluation cycles.

Note: All freelance trainers are vetted for subject expertise, pedagogical competence, and alignment with Global-CPD values.

 

4. Quality Assurance Lead

Name: Oğuzhan İmamoğlu

Role: Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor implementation of training standards and assessment criteria.
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits of programme delivery.
  • Analyse participant feedback and support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate periodic quality reports and assist the Programme Leader with compliance reporting.
