How are we different?
We do not provide one-day short seminars. We believe that without opportunities to tryout new techniques, teachers will not fully benefit from PD so most of our courses last two weeks (ten days with a weekend off) and include microteaching. Course participants practice and experiment by planning and giving lessons, usually using their own course books. We show participants how to give supportive, constructive feedback to their colleagues which develops awareness more than listening to a ‘sage on a stage’. Participants on all our courses are active and take part in many activities throughout the course.
